The Leafless Series recorded a fragment of my life when I felt particularly lost and attempts to map a lack of direction. I embraced the idea that being lost presents the perfect opportunity for exploration. Giving up control and straying from traditional expectations allowed new ideas and situations to present themselves. Staying true to my principles and totems kept me afloat so the current could take me somewhere fresh and exhilarating.
